This Department is composed of two functional units: Finance and Administration.

Finance Unit: This unit is responsible for providing financial services including the following below: -

• Production of periodic performance reports
• Reviewing of strategic plan & effecting of changes
• Production of workshop and seminar reports
• Processing of payments to staff and suppliers of services
• Processing of the purchases
• Preparation of annual final accounts
